Delete your Be Good account
You do not need our permission, and you do not need to explain why.
From inside the app
This is the quickest way, and it happens immediately.
- Open Be Good and go to the Me tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted at once.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email us from the address your account was registered with, and we will delete it and write back to confirm.
What is deleted
Your profile, your photo, the lines you wrote about yourself, your private details and the address gifts were sent to. All of it, permanently. Neither you nor we can get it back afterwards.
What is kept, and for how long
A record of payments made through Google Play is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep it. It holds no name, no address and no contact detail — only that a payment happened and when.
A gift already in the post cannot be recalled, and the person it is going to will still receive it.
Your membership is billed by Google, not by us
Deleting your account does not cancel your membership. A Google Play subscription lives in your Google account rather than in ours, so it keeps renewing — and keeps charging you — until you cancel it there.
Cancel it at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, then delete your account here. You keep your membership until the end of the period you have already paid for.
