Be Good prize draw — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Jakob.o, Hatzabar 215, Jerusalem, Israel ("the Sponsor"), contactable at begood.app.cs@gmail.com. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Google, Apple, Samsung, or any other company whose product is named as a prize.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who hold a registered Be Good account. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Prizes are delivered only to a mailing address in the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. The Sponsor does not ship a prize to any address outside the United States, and an entrant who cannot supply a United States mailing address cannot be awarded a prize. Be Good is available in other countries and members there are welcome to use it, but they are not eligible for this promotion.

3. Entry period

The entry period opens on the day the promotion is announced in the app.

It closes as follows. When 80 per cent of ALL members registered with Be Good - not merely of those eligible to win - have collected five coins, the Sponsor sends every member a notice in the app stating that the entry period will close in 7 days. The entry period closes on that day, and the drawing is held within 30 days of the date of that notice.

If that proportion is never reached, the entry period closes in any event no later than 3000 days after it opens, and the drawing is held within 30 days of a notice given in the same way. This promotion does not run indefinitely.

Entries received outside the entry period are not eligible. The Sponsor's clock, in United States Eastern Time, is the official clock of this promotion.

4. How to enter

You are entered automatically, and there is nothing to fill in and nothing to send. When 5 different Be Good members have each chosen to give you a coin through the app, your entry is made. A coin is a record inside the app; it is not a physical object and it has no cash value.

Registering for Be Good is free. Appearing in the gallery is free. Being chosen and given a coin is free and costs the person receiving it nothing. A paid membership lets you give coins to other people; it does not affect whether anyone gives one to you, and it does not affect your chances in this draw. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A prize can be awarded only to an entrant who has confirmed the email address on their account, since that is how a winner is contacted. Confirming it is free and takes one tap in the app.

One entry per person per entry period. Entries are not transferable, and a member may not hold more than one account.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR COINS AFTER A DRAWING. If you were entered in a drawing - that is, you had reached 5 coins when the entry period closed - your coin count returns to zero once that drawing has been held, whether or not you won, and you begin collecting again from nothing for any drawing that follows.

If you had not reached 5 coins and so were not entered, nothing is taken from you. Your coins stay exactly as they are and you carry on collecting towards the next drawing. Only an entry that was actually used is spent.

5. Odds of winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

6. Prizes

There is one prize in this promotion. The winner chooses ONE of the following: iPhone 17 Pro Max - approximate retail value $1,199. Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra - approximate retail value $1,299. 1,000 dollars - approximate retail value $1,000.

Where the winner chooses the sum of $1,000, it is paid by bank transfer to an account in the winner's own name, and the winner supplies the details needed to make that transfer. It is not paid in any other form.

Maximum approximate retail value of the prize awarded: $1,299. Only one of the prizes listed above is awarded in any one drawing.

A prize that is a physical object is shipped to a United States mailing address only, at the Sponsor's expense. The Sponsor does not ship outside the United States and does not deliver to a freight forwarder or a mail forwarding service. A prize paid by bank transfer is paid to an account at a United States financial institution only.

Prizes are not transferable and no substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

7. Winner selection and notification

There is one winner in this promotion, who chooses one prize from those listed in section 6. The winner is selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, held on the date set out in section 3, and the prize is awarded within 30 days of the drawing. The winner is notified in the app and by email at the address on their account within five days of the drawing.

A winner who cannot be reached within fourteen days of the first notification, or who does not supply the information needed to award the prize, forfeits it, and an alternate winner may be drawn.

WHETHER THERE IS ANOTHER DRAWING. This promotion is one drawing. After it has been held, whether a further drawing is ever run - at the next point at which 80 per cent of registered members hold 5 coins, or at all - is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor may decide that there will be no further drawings. If the Sponsor so decides, a notice saying so is published in the app. No member is entitled to a further drawing, and collecting coins does not create such an entitlement.

8. Taxes

Taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the value of a prize awarded to a person in a calendar year is $600 or more, the Sponsor is required to report it to the Internal Revenue Service, and the winner must supply a completed Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.

9. Conditions

By entering you agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry it believes was obtained through fraud, through accounts created or used for the purpose of entering, or in any way that breaks these rules or the Be Good terms of service.

The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or amend this promotion if it cannot be run as planned, and in that event may award the prizes among eligible entries received up to that point.

10. Privacy

Information you give in connection with this promotion is used to run it and to award prizes, and is handled in accordance with the Be Good privacy policy. Entering does not add you to any mailing list.

11. Winners list

For the first name and state of each winner, write to the Sponsor at begood.app.cs@gmail.com within three months of the end of the entry period. The list is sent by email at no cost.
